Lead Pastor Mark & Delta Schrade

Pastor Mark served as the Senior Pastor of Family Worship Center for over 14 years before coming to Metro Church in 2007. His B.A. in Biblical Education was received at Lee university and his Master of Divinity degree was obtained at the Church of God School of Theology. While serving at the North Cleveland Church of God, he was selected by Cleveland Jaycees as an “Outstanding Young Religious Leader.” Before beginning his pastoral ministry he served in various positions as: evangelist, State Youth and Christian Education Director, youth camp and camp meeting speaker. Pastor Mark has served on many national and state boards. He and his wife , Delta have two boys, Gabe and Josiah. He enjoys sports, exercising, reading, and traveling in his spare time.

| J.P. is a graduate of the University of West Florida, where he received his Bachelors Degree in Business Management. After 22 years of corporate management, J.P. ventured into full-time ministry. J.P. and Cheryl have been married for 30 years and have five children and three beautiful grandchildren. |

Mark and his wife Jodi have been married for over 19 years and have 4 incredible daughters. Mark’s rich ministry experience includes: Missionary, Campus Ministry Mobilizer, Urban Ministry Developer, Youth & Family Pastor, and Discipleship, and Ministry Training Coordinator for the Church of God International Youth & C.E. Department. His academic background includes: a Doctor of Ministry degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School; a Masters of Divinity from the COG Theological Seminary; and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University.

With an education spanning Visual Arts to Family Counseling and experiences in ministry in some of the biggest cities in the US, Derrick is a talented and appreciated part of Metro Church. Derrick’s true gifting and passion lie in the arts; acting, directing, visual, and special projects are just some of the many ways he keeps the creativity flowing. Derrick and his wife Chrissy were married in 2002 and have three amazing children.

Joe is a graduate of Mountain State University. He has been in ministry, ranging from parachurch organizations to local churches, since 2003. He and his wife Kayla met when they were in church camp, and were married in 2007. |

Turning Point Executive Director Chipp and Donna Edwards

Chipp Edwards serves as the Executive Director of Turing Point Foundation. Originally from Rocky Mount, NC, Chipp has a rich professional career that includes; a term in the US Air force, as well as positions in sales, management, and as a business owner. His many board positions and substance abuse treatment certifications only strengthen his ability to lead the recovery efforts of the Turing Point Foundation. Chipp and Donna, his wife, came with their two children to Metro in 1991. Since then Chipp has served in various lay roles and has built a strong connection between the Turning Point Foundation and Metro Church. |
